The product is good, but the delivery took many more days than I thought. Because the delivery was so late, they sent me a complimentary gift, which would be useless to me. Next time, I hope the delivery is better. Thank you.

Great customer service

Ordered this product as had used it in the past & loved it. A bit pricey however definitely saves on the washing! Product took a little while to be dispatched however upon contacting riaelements they were very quick to rectify the situation & send a complimentary leather cleaning kit by way of apology. First class service!
